Tis the time, for everyone to rejoice, for the semi half monthly email of Elder Koby "Krispy Kreme" Smith has finally arrived.

First, the most happiest of birthdays to one of the many loves of my life, and my phone screen saver, Elder Jackson Aden. Happy birthday bub. Ilysm

Alright, time to make a joke that too many people have made already.

This week, I said bye to elder bye.

Man I'm glad he isn't on this list because I had to refrain so hard from making that joke while I was with him. Pretty sure every member in our ward did, along with the second counselor of the bishopric at the pulpit. I dropped him off at the mission office, pretended to stab him in the chest to officially "kill" him, and......

Got a new comp! ELDER JENSEN! He's hype. He is,,,,, a very hard worker, and I have come to realize Elder Bye was maybe not as much of that. We still worked hard, but not like this.

Comes to say, last few days I have worked my Crested Butte off.

I had the best day of my life this week. Elder Smith, was it someone agreeing to be baptized you ask? Hm, no. Elder Smith, did you get to play a guitar? .... Also no, either of those would take the cake tho. I got Buffalo Wild Wings. BDubs, if you will. B double D, if you feel so inclined. Chicken. Mm. Oh man. Been too long. Best day. Ever. Lemme just say.... mm.

So fun fact of the week, there's this guy named, uh, tim, (sure yeah that works), that lives in another area that I taught on exchanges. He's been married to a member for 30+ years. He comes to church every Sunday, also has been doing that for years.. They have had missionaries LIVING IN THEIR HOUSE. AND HES STILL SOMEHOW NOT BAPTIZED???????????????? Freaking awesome guy too. Gave some dope insights at our lesson as well. But he,,,,,, he just somehow isn't baptized. I don't even know. It's so weird to me.

Anyways, we had some INCREDIBLE success for the week. I lied earlier this was probably the best day. Theres this family who has a young daughter that hasn't been baptized yet, and I have not seen them once my entire time here. So basically, my whole time here. Anywho, from what I heard, dad said she wasn't ready, she said she was, he was being a grumpy pants about it. They haven't come to church or anything, for 6 weeks. Well, it was mothers day, (hi mom :)) we had just sat down,, and guess who walks in???? THE FLIPPIN FAMILY THATS WHO. You can ask Elder Jensen, I was FREAKING out. Never even seen them before. Then guess what? They sat RIGHT BEHIND US. Sorry about all the caps, if it seems like I'm screaming because of how excited I am, it definitely is. We talked to them a lot, and got a lesson set up. Boom baby. First great success of the mish.

We also got a lesson set up with another part member family we've been trying to do for 6 weeks so thats ALSO hype. I may not be like yall and having people agree to be baptized in every email it seems, but this is pretty dang darn tootin good for me!!!

Got my second covid shot, died for a day, felt fine since then tho! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ oh well. Not much else to report this week, I shall see you lovely people all next week. Miss and love you guys,
