Elder Koby Fredrick Smith

Hello dhaoine! Okay, okay, before you scroll down immediately to see the pictures, hear me out. Free haircut from another elder in the district, all he had was buzzers. There's still about an inch on top! Haha.......... okay, now you can scroll and see the pictures, BUT you have to promise to come read the rest of the email after!!  Heres a funny sentence my predictive just typed out: Satan will get you. But ain't that the TRUTH! Don't get discouraged, friends! I love you all, and so does Jesus :)) I recently heard that the name for this apartment we stay in is called "The Bunker". Which makes total sense   It was built in like the 80's, set a little bit below ground level, has a door that is literally just duct taped up because somebody removed all the screws from the hinges, there's a window that's not attached at all, just leaned up against the frame, (so many ways to break in!) and a swamp cooler that brings the temperature down about 25ish degrees...

 Every once in a while I get pictures and messages from people in Koby's mission.  I will try to put as many on as I remember. :) :) Water balloon Volleyball at a members house in Fruita.  They got to be with their whole district. Same members house.  She loves theses two Elders! Funny facetime calls. My friends are the sweetest and love Koby's letters each week. At a RS BBQ before he got transferred.

Habari watu! It's been so long.... I can't take this anymore... it's so hard, the long days. The low energy. It's unbearable. I long so much.... for soda. It's been a week already. I was challenged by some sisters in my district to go off Soda for two weeks. If you don't hear from me next week, it's because the amount of Country Time Pink Lemonade™️ I consume in place of soda has killed me. Give my love to my two fish, Marlo and Doctor Octopus, my guitar, Cynthia, and my family I guess. RIP Craig, AKA the kobymobile. Anyways, I am running out of time. For this email. Might be kinda short.  I will go super briefly over some of the experiences I had. One, we said a prayer with this guy named Robert,  And he was struggling a lot. But, he said that as soon as he agreed to say the prayer with us, (because he almost didn't)  In his exact words, he said "I felt the demons get chased away".  He is a very kind and sweet homeless man, but, has not replie...

Здравейте хора! If you never hear from me again, it's because  Elder  Hunt killed me because I wouldn't let him do the dishes on his birthday. Happy birthday  Elder  Hunt. Not too much went on this week. The most eventful thing by far I would say is our exchange with the mission president, President Rees. Man that was scary. I love president, but he sets some hard expectations.  Elder  Hunt was definitely terrified for his life, he though Pres. picked us because he had done something wrong. Anyways, we picked him up, planned our lesson, drove and did the lesson, it was awesome, gave a blessing to the grandfather of the family, and then by then it was time to drive Pres. to his hotel and that was it. Thank goodness he didn't look in our area book planner, because our time slot with him was labeled "Exchanges with President Obama". That might have been a bit awkward.
