Helo bobl! Before we get into this I would like to clarify that WTF is the acronym for Welcome To Fruita. I am a good consecrated missionary I promise. Just a missionary that is now in Fruita. Anywho, welcome! Man. What a week. Jeez. This one might be sorta long, fair warning, but I can promise it'll be entertaining! Got news on Tuesday that I was coming out west, to Grand Junction, or more accurately: Fruita Colorado! Packed my entire life up on Wednesday, which was very difficult. I have obtained so much stuff. Its bad. Don't go to goodwill every p-day, kiddos. Wednesday night, me and Elder Jensen picked up his brand new greenie, Elder Hassel, who I got to be with for a night. Your trainer is called your "dad", so thats what Elder Jensen is to him. He did name me his "Godfather" tho. Love that kid. Dia duit daoine! (Yes I'm gonna start numbering my emails cuz why not) Between you and me, I really wanna drive a fire truck. And on that topic, I see a LOT of firetrucks drive by our apartment. So, the most interesting person I talked to this week is named John. There's a bit of confusion on what his last name was, (it was Italian tho which is cool), he served in Vietnam, is very old, and couldn't speak well. Although if you got him talking about his ex-wives or his time "goofing off" in Nam, (his words not mine), then yeah he would talk a lot. Of all the amount of people I've added on Facebook so far, (which is well over 1,000 by now), about 30-40% of them I'd say worked in real estate. So many. Had my first real honest to goodness non member lesson this week. Video called a guy on Facebook, (yes he was a real estate agent) and he picked up and the lesson went exactly like a TRC lesson I kid you not. Probably only you who have served missions will understand that haha, basically TRC people are actors in the MTC who you meet with who are supposed to be super friendly and nice and agree with everything you say.
