kaixo jendea! welcome back to the semi-half-monthly email of elder smitty, who has fixed way too many bikes. way too many. not that fixing bikes isn't a good skill, but we should not be having this many problems

Stories
- we had a lit DC, elder reyes (ZL) and elder ward (AP) came. twas very spiritual and good. i love not feeling fear when an AP rolls up to DC, but love. i love elder ward. no fear haha
- we went to this awesome member's, the colby's, for lunch! but they had me make it hahaha. it was awesome tho! i made pesto pasta and lemon chicken:)(
- we had a mutual just planning lessons. i volunteered BoM baseball, (if u don't know what that is then lmk i'll tell ya hahaha) and they signed me up to do it in may??? hahaha. i'll be home. but anyway
- had many bike fix, so we went to the store and also got our heads vacuumed by bro coombs. yeet
- i had a weird dream one night. there's this lady in our formers who i've tried friending on facebook, but to no avail. but i know exactly what she looks like. i saw her in the dream, and we were just trying to get to her to teach her. but for some reason her name was ashley?? which isn't her actual name. anywho, our neighbor was moving out the next day and i felt very prompted to go ask if she needed help. she did! it was not our former.... but her name was ashley 
so hey maybe that was it haha. idk
- the sisters in the district called and told me they were having a very bad day, make cookies for them cuz i was already making some for brother ricks cause it was hims b-day. anywho, when dropping off the cookies for the sisters, i accidentally rang the doorbell of the wrong house. the elders told me from the car, and i panicked. i just ran. idk why. i just ran around the side and through some grass and they never saw me. i don't know why i did that. but yeah so i ding-dong ditched someone on my mission
- choir practice was fun, and sister pavlovsky, someone from one of my old wards, was playing the piano!!!! i love her!!! vibed with stengel, durrant, henrie, shummy, hak n lovell, bales, and others. good times bro
- went to the ficklins for dinner. they had a bunch of extra kiddos, one which begged to be called regina george. she... she was interesting. but we had some very good steak. very fun kiddos, i do love them. made an accidental wool superhero mask, so that was fun!
- we then went to the schwinns, sister schwinn wasn't feeling too well so we offered a blessing. brother schwinn gave a great one! he knows the gospel and everything really well. said he fell away when he was about teacher age tho, but wants to go back to the temple! love that guy:)
- we called this referral, and we think it was the dad of a kid that pranked us who answered. he sure sounded like it, asked if he could call us back lol
- made a VERY sugary lemon sauce for dinner... i need to not make sauces for dinner anymore hahaha it takes too long and doesn't really turn out too well lol
- the elders sent us some pics of some MASSIVE boxes of snacks bro. we have no clue where they got it from. insane. we finna go snab so many snackos
- elder PAULK had the bike problems this time haHAH. but,,,,, i still had to fix it lol
- sabins are awesome, had a great dinner with them of cornflake chicken,(hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
- we decided to yeet the back way from a member lesson and take a shortcut but then it was no trespassing. so we took another way, and it was so muddy that our bikes just stopped working. got so gunked up that we couldn't even ride em. after trying to do what we could, we walked them back to the members we had left from they gave us a ride home. ah, what an adventure hahaha
- i did it.... i finally did something i've wanted to accomplish my entire mission.... i.... wENT TO PRIMARY WOOHOOOOO!! our good friends gabby, landyn, and paisly were giving the talk, scripture, and prayer. all of them are siblings and they're all adorable. so we got to go for the last little bit, participate in some singing time, and then got to hear the kiddos! twas dope:) i always wanted to go to primary as a missionary... dream come true no cap
- johnsons dinner.... ohhhhh boy. i ate way too much. it was essentially thanksgiving dinner but we had ice cream instead of pie. yup. i could not move. it was baddddddd. but! we got a ride so it worked out pretty well:) (as in, my stomach NOT committing sepuku).
- went to the benches, and the little girl McKinley was going crazy. she kept pointing at us, and every time she would point at me she would say: "IT WAS YOU!!!!!!!!" very loud 
so cute tho. i love that family very much. when we left, she kept on yelling goodbye at us from the door, and calling us friends and telling us to be safe:)))
(shoutout to my cousin McKinley who has the same name)
- as we were walking down that road tho, after the lesson, a cop pulled up and asked if we had seen a guy who matched this description he told us about. nice cop, and we hadn't seen the guy he was looking for. it is a very sketchy neighborhood tho, there are definitely some..... houses in there.... that sell things.... for others to.... have a good time with. yeah. so i wasn't surprised about that haha
we went to the church, and when we got in there we felt weird. started scoping out all the rooms and then saw a guy pulling on all the handles of the church that almost fit the description of the guy the cop told us about. so uh, elder paulk really wanted to call the cops, so we did. but then in the middle of the call with dispatch, he came in and was like "hey i'm brother randall from the pear park ward" and we were like "oh okay cool" and told the dispatcher sorry false alarm. but yeah that was our sunday night so that's fun
- i bought a ninjago lego set today at walmart and some hot wheels 
living my best life
Teaching Updates
- our good buddy in the ward bro stephenson's brother jason came with us to visit lighthouse... interesting lady. but we taught her a resto, and gave her a BoM! she had a brain injury 10 years ago but is still fully functional:) is even writing a children's book about a lighthouse!! hence the nickname hehe:) she may have blocked our number tho... which is weird cuz we had a really good time with her... check back next week for updates?
- the member who called us last week and asked if he could go tracting for us came street contacting and door knocking with us, so that was awesome! we talked to this one lady we'll call val, she's awesome. another one with a brain injury haha, she got yeeted off a motorcycle and had like a 0% chance to live but her she is!
- tikaboo might have to be dropped... she just aint progressing. big sad
- got someone from some other missionaries we'll call lando, and idk why they started teaching him tbh haha. but, here we are. no clue anything about that hombre tho i'll let u know

- dallin, christian, brandon, and jacob i miss ya'll broskis. we'll all room together once more in the afterlife college, i'm sure

- frikin uhhhhhhhhhhh the elders in our district. they aint on here but they make me laugh a ton and i'm grateful for them hehe
- my mom!! love you:) and i love the new shirt that's coming and everything behind why. good stuff:)))))
