🌈Stories🀌

-  as i type this, my fingers hurt so bad. bleeding a bit too! it's very dry here in montrose. heh. good times! i don't have much time, so i'm just gonna go over the most fun stuff:)

- exchange ~ went to the espaΓ±ol area. most fun exchange i've ever been on i think. i typed my testimony into google translate so i could read it in spanish haha, but hey guess what?! you can feel the big spirit, even if it's in a language you don't understand. that's truth, baby! i also got to play with a small child, who had fuzzy rainbow monster feet slippers. jealous. had to basically just keep her from ramming her minnie mouse play ride thingy into the cabinets, and stop her from going behind the fridge while elder ward taught the two people who didn't speak an ounce of english. i love kiddos. so, there's this guy we gave a BoM to forever ago, but he needed to be taught by the spanish elders. but! i got to have a lesson with him! it was so cool. he had no idea who i was haha. we also got stake out the sistas, cuz they were visiting a guy to give a BoM to who they didn't know. turns out, we parked right next to the guy! so they walked over and we had to pretend like we didn't know them at all or look at them to not make it obvious haha. nothing bad happened tho! also, taught a guy who lives in peru english, mad fun. something i can do cuz i actually speak it! that's the awesome exchange!

- WE GOT SO MUCH SNOW WOOHOO!!!! i love snow SO much. good times!

- also, thought i would do the elders a service on exchanges and remove this nasty lookin stuff from the bottom of their shower. it was very hard to get up, but you know me, one of my mottos is: "when in doubt use brute force". so, i did. turned out, that nasty stuff was glue. covering a hole in the shower. hehe....... oops.......

- the ragtag rambunctious resolute service moving team:

         • two missionaries

         • a catholic lady who loves masks, the same one we helped accumulate more stuff last week!

         • a woman with a broken rib and who has to constantly be using oxygen

         • a diabetic lady who was directing us and also constantly throwing up, and also the one who provided the stuff we helped the catholic lady               accumulate last week!

         • a random guy named conner who they picked up off the street two days ago, none of us had any idea who he even was

         • an older lady from North Carolina who looked,  sounded, and acted like a 12 year old and drove a muscle car. we loved her to pieces tho, no disrespect.

we did so much moving. so many boxes. so much furniture. it was so good tho. slept good that night!

- our dress and grooming standards got updated! i can wear my bracelets and rings i missed so much:) not a whole lot, not to be distracting, but it's so fun. and our cute 8 year old friend who recently got baptized made us bracelets! i added it to my ongrowing (is that a word???) anklet collection:)

- had a fun district activity! played pickleball. only thing is, it was so windy. so it didn't work. we sure did have fun tho!

- transfers this week! wish us luck!!

♥️Teaching Updates♥️

 - unfortunately, this one is very scarce. if you want some cool spirituality, read my exchange story! fly fisherman has been dropped. nothing new with our ongoing friends. i must need a lesson in humility! i won't EVER give up tho. i solemnly promise you, right now, that next week this box is gonna be FILLED. SO MUCH. YEET

☀️Spotlight☀️

- my grandma ronda and grandpa kfs!! i love you both so much. thank you for all of your support!!!

πŸ”₯My challenges for youπŸ”₯

if you wanna pray for something specific, you better be AS SPECIFIC as possible. and here's why:)

⚓Every minute, every moment...there was Jesus.⚓

- since i have no time, here's a spiritual thought and challenge in one! as most of mine usually are anyways :P. i was looking at the brightness of the full moon the other night. it reflects the suns light, right?? sun = the Son, as is often said. so, be the moon! reflect God's light. and shine so bright, with Christ's light rebounding off of you! you may have some crescent days, maybe even some new moon days where you can't but it always comes back around!!
lastly, never underestimate an old lady who is covered in the blood of Jesus and was born in january

mucho love🀟♥️
