Ants! #30

Halló fólk! welcome back to a semi-half-monthly email that may or may not need some gummy sharks to numb the pain. also i hope you all really appreciate the language for this email, idk but it makes me laugh an absurd amount. shoutout to sista beala for picking it for me! :)) 🌴This week's summary!🌴 (for my TLDR folks) - Happy Francis Xavier Cabrini day!! I have no idea who that is. - it rained! only a little bit, but enough to give me dangerous levels of serotonin - then it rained a lot more - i put a bandaid on a bloody toe... and it wasn't mine - I infested a church with ants... but they didn't get on my brownie!! - some really good seminary - 6 hour zone conf babeyyyyyy - saw a taxidermied giraffe - i got to listen to P!ATD in walmart - AND OFC GENERAL CONFERENCE OH MY GOSH IT WAS SO GOOD 🌈Stories🤌 - man, outta time again. The reason for this is that elder raddon got transferred today, so that took a big chunk outta our p-day. someone went out to their og assignment, so since we were in a trio he was paired with the other elder! We will miss him a bunch, but hey he's still in the same zone so that's good! - so we have an ant problem in our apt. good ol The Bunker. They got all in my shoulder bag cuz I left an empty bag of munchies in there, and I took it to our 6 hour zone conference! of course, i did not realize until i had got there and they were crawling all over the bag, and down into the floor. saw a bunch on some of the pews later on as well. We had a lunch in the middle of the sc, and i ate so many brownies i thought i was gonna explode. you all know they are my weakness. i brought one back into the chapel with me, (i know, bad) and kept getting worried that the ants were gonna get to it. it was distracting me from the bars that were being dropped tho, so i talked to God and decided to let the ants have the brownie. didnt worry about it at all! At the end of zc, not a single ant was to be found on my brownie. blessings upon blessings. i ended up still feeling too sick to eat it so elder hassard did but hey God works miracles - seminary is the best. kids, listen to your seminary teachers. they love you so much and do a heck of a lot. do it. ♥️Teaching Updates♥️ - did not have any crazy teaching moments this week, in fact we didn't meet with a single one of our friends. went and did service for some that were dropped a while ago tho, and were able to help paint their horse shed! that's why i have some pictures that look like i murdered someone. I promise it's paint..... hehe........ - did service for these people and let me just say, i dont think ill ever get any of those smells or sights out of my system, and I don't know how I did it. But I love it so much. "when you are in the service of your fellow beings you are only in the service of your God". That was the only thing going through my head the whole time we were doing that service. go out and serve someone. It is the purest antidote to sadness. as well, that phrase was mentioned in general conference ;) ☀️Spotlight☀️ - pray for good ol dave. God loves him - also ER again. ye - Sister Bealer, again. and Sister Shill. they're the freaking best! 🔥My challenges for you🔥 - give love and respect to everyone you meet. no matter what. you will be seen on such a higher level, so even if you think they may not deserve it, just do it. show love, please. it's what matters more than anything. ⚓Every minute, every moment...there was Jesus.⚓ - Sacrifice is an expression of true love. But what is sacrifice? It means to make holy. I don't have much time left, I promise i'm making a goal to make these emails much better. but make something more holy this week. you don't need to give anything up. just make it better :)))) God loves you all!!! my google photos is not working so there'll be a separate email for photos today. goodbye - Elder Jakoby Smithity!
